Welder Fabricator - Nightshift
Nisku, Alberta

The position of Welder includes, but is not limited to production welding, service & repair welding, prototype building, and fitter welding. Responsibilities will include the fabrication of custom products from supplied drawings, fabrication of custom jigs and fixtures to produce production parts that meet customer specifications, as well as the fabrication of metal structures using jigs and fixtures in a high paced production environment. The use of various hand tools, machinery and equipment will be required to manufacture metal products. This position will work with Supervisors and Lead Hands to ensure continuous improvements in work groups, hitting quotas, welding according to pre-set parameters using MIG, ARC and TIG welding processes. Additionally, the Welder will be required to read and understand production drawings, blueprints, work orders and other written instructions.

CNC Machinist - Nightshift
Nisku, Alberta

The General Machinist is responsible for creating quality parts produced on various machines such as but not limited to lathes and milling machines and general shop equipment according to company plans, blueprints, and other diagrams. Responsibilities will include reading and interpreting blueprints and manuals to determine production processes and requirements and inspection of quality parts for conformance to requirements. The General Machinist will detect equipment malfunctions or out of tolerance machining and adjust machines, within capabilities, controls or control media as required to insure quality of production, and report all machine malfunctions to their immediate supervisor. This position will require an individual who is familiar with all types of machinery including CNC machines.
